Require employers to pay for unused vacation upon termination

Summary:

Requires an employer to pay employees for earned but unused vacation or personal time upon termination of employment. The bill also requires employers to inform employees in writing of policies on accruing vacation time, develop a process to request vacation time, and provide employees with an accounting of vacation time.
