Summary:
Increase the limit of dogs, cats, and ferrets that may be transfered without a pet vendor license, from 25 to 35 dogs and from 25 to 50 cats within a year. The bill also allows a temporary exemption from licensure for breeders who usually do not transfer more than 35 dogs or 50 cats in a year.
