Summary:

At the time of this bill's submission, an employee in the New Hampshire Retirement System is banned from working part-time for another employer in the retirement system for 28 days after retirement. This bill adds an exception so that a retiree can continue to work for an employer part-time after retirement if they already held the position while working full-time for a different employer in the system.
