Summary:
Revises the law limiting "per and polyfluorinated chemicals" to instead address "per and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS)." A conference committee amended the bill to also revise the PFAS remediation loan fund, particularly to allow funding to remediate PFAS contamination in private wells.
