Exempt more homestead food operations from licensure
Summary:
Exempts homestead food operations that do not sell "potentially hazardous food" from licensure.
The House amended the bill to instead increase the maximum annual gross sales of food by a homestead food operation to be exempt from licensure, from $20,000 to $35,000.
