Description: Allows a local government to restrict the use of water for commercial outdoor watering during periods of drought. At the time of this bill's submission, local governments may only restrict residential water use. The Senate amended the bill to give municipalities the choice to either include or exclude recreational fields, agricultural fields, and golf courses from any restriction.
