Gradually raise minimum wage to $15, lower wage for teens

Summary:

Gradually raises the state minimum wage to $15 per hour by 2024, followed by automatic annual cost of living increases. The bill also increases the minimum rate for tipped employees from 45% to 50% of the minimum wage. Lastly, this bill allows a minimum wage of $8 per hour for the first six months of employment if the employee is under age eighteen.
