Delay eviction during COVID-19 if tenant sought rental assistance

Summary:

Requires a court to delay an eviction process, by thirty days, for non-payment of rent if the tenant shows that he or she has made an application for rental assistance under a federal, state, or local housing assistance program. This law specifically applies to evictions during the COVID-19 state of emergency.
