Description: Corrects the age for certain group II vested deferred state retirees to be eligible for retiree medical benefits. The bill changes the maximum age for certain children of state retirees to participate in the state retiree group medical insurance plan, to under age 25. The bill also clarifies the authority for judges and retired judges to participate in the state retiree group medical insurance plan.
