Description: Requires the Division of State Police maintain an electronic database of criminal records accessible to the public. This bill similarly removes the requirement for a person to give notarized, written permission for another to view his or her criminal history. The Senate amended the bill to remove the requirement that the database be available to the public on the state police website.
