Summary:

If a U.S. Constitutional Convention is called, this bill limits the amendments delegates from New Hampshire may propose to amendments authorized by a resolution the state legislature. The House amended the bill to also delete some obsolete statutes regarding religious societies and churches, such as the authority of religious societies to assess taxes.  The House amendment also also allows any employer to refuse to provide insurance coverage for contraception for religious reasons.
