Restrict drone use over someone else's property
Summary:
Makes it a violation of privacy to fly a drone outside a private place at an altitude of less than 400 feet without the written permission of the property owner. The Senate amended the bill to make it a misdemeanor to use "any device, including a mechanical or electronic device, in such a way as to unreasonably disturb the peaceful enjoyment of another person's dwelling place or its curtilage."
