Ban flavored e-cigarettes
Summary:
Prohibits the sale of flavored e-cigarettes, except menthol. This bill also requires e-cigarette manufacturers to inform the Department of Environmental Services if any product they sell contain Lithium-ion batteries, lead, or any other materials defined as hazardous waste.
