SB 97 (2021)

This bill requires health insurance to cover service included under an enrollee's health plan even if the referring primary care provider is not in-network.  The House voted to remove this part of the bill.

This bill then limits the ability of a pharmacy benefit manager to interfere with a mailed or delivered prescription drug.
