Robby Mook, who is expected to serve as Hillary Rodham Clinton’s campaign manager for her anticipated run for president in the 2016 election, is visiting New Hampshire this week to meet with Democratic officials and activists.

Marlon Marshall, who is expected to take on a senior role as director of state campaigns and political engagement in Clinton’s campaign, is joining Mook in his visit to the first-in-the-nation primary state.

The two made plans to visit Concord and Manchester and to visit the homes of Clinton supporters. They also planned to meet with state Democratic Party Chairman Ray Buckley.

Prior to his work with Clinton, Mook served on former Gov. Jeanne Shaheen’s campaign for U.S. Senate in 2008, as well as Howard Dean’s 2004 presidential campaign.

Mook’s visit is coinciding with that of former Maryland Gov. Martin O’Malley, a Democrat who is also expected to make a run for the presidency.

Clinton has noted her intention to focus on New Hampshire, Iowa, South Carolina, and Nevada leading up to the election next year. Mook and Marshall will continue on to Iowa on Wednesday.
