This week the New Hampshire House will vote on a bill that would require the state to monitor radioactive particles in the air on the Seacoast.

The bill, HB 1779, directs the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) to oversee the monitoring and publish public reports.

Bill supporters argue that New Hampshire needs to study the possibility that the nuclear power plant in Seabrook has contributed to the pediatric cancer cluster on the Seacoast.
