The countdown is on for NH Gives, an online giving campaign on June 11-12 to support New Hampshire nonprofits like Citizens Count. Our goal is to raise $6,000 to improve our website to make civic engagement easier for citizens and their elected officials.
Senator Jeb Bradley (R) says, “I am pleased to support an organization like Citizens Count that offers transparent and unbiased information about the people who represent Granite Staters. They provide reliable resources to voters while living up to their mission of being ‘vigorously nonpartisan,’ and I commend them for their work in Concord.”
Senator Martha Fuller Clark (D) says, “The Citizens Count candidate profile and survey platform is very exciting. It is absolutely essential voters know where candidates stand, and this is an important tool to increase civic engagement. If people pay attention to who is running for office, then they are more likely to vote. Empowering citizens across backgrounds – regardless of political differences – is essential. Citizens Count has the tools with which to promote this citizen participation.”
