Allow change to assessment of system benefit charges
Summary:
Modifies the assessment of system benefit charges cost effectiveness so it no longer applies to "future plan offerings." Generally speaking, this bill would allow the Public Utilities Commission (PUC) to modify cost effectiveness tests for energy efficiency programs.
