The NH midterm election was November 8, 2022. U.S. Rep. Chris Pappas (D), U.S. Rep. Ann McLane Kuster (D), and U.S. Sen. Maggie Hassan (D) all won re-election. Gov. Chris Sununu (R) also won re-election. Republicans kept 4 of 5 Executive Council seats and 14 of 24 state Senate seats. The state House is split between 201 Republicans and 198 Democrats. One race in Rochester was a tie; there will be a special election for that seat on February 21, 2023. New state legislators were sworn in December 7, 2022.
