Summary:
Establishes a committee to study the effectiveness of state outreach to residents without computer access.
The House rewrote the bill to instead direct the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) and the Department of Business and Economic Development to investigate the effectiveness of state outreach to residents without computer, tablet, smartphone, or other electronic device access.
