Net metering exemption for a "municipal host"
Summary:
Establishes an exemption under net energy metering for group net metered facilities that generate electricity to offset electrical requirements of a group consisting of political subdivisions. This would allow municipalities with renewable energy installations larger than 1 megawatt to participate in net metering.
