Make absentee ballot voter lists open to public, requiring Secretary of State to report absentee voter data
Summary:
Requires that town and city clerks shall make absentee ballot voter lists available for public inspection. This bill also requires the Secretary of State to report on absentee ballots information, such as the number of absentee ballot requests received by mail where more than 3 ballots were sent to a common address.
