Require experience before retaking septic exams
Summary:
Requires a period of active engagement in the trade of septic system design before taking the exam to be a septic designer or installer. The House amended the bill to instead require individuals who do not pass the sewage or waste disposal system installer permit examination to demonstrate additional training in the trade of septic system installation to be eligible to take the examination again.
