Require disclosure about sewage disposal systems before property sale
Summary:
Prior to the sale of real property to be used for dwellings and food service establishments, this bill requires the seller to disclose information about the sewage disposal systems, such as copies of the most recent state approvals and the number of approved bedrooms if the system serves a residential unit.
