Revise Patient's Right to Try Act
Summary:
Revises the definition of eligible patient and life-threatening disease for purposes of the Patient's Right to Try Act. This bill generally expands the right for a patient to try investigational drugs, biologics, or devices when they are unable to participate in a clinical trial.
