Summary:
Establishes a formula to allocate presidential electors to presidential nominees, based on each candidate's share of the popular vote in New Hampshire. This bill also establishes a process for the state Senate to evaluate complaints attesting voter fraud. If half of senators vote that voter fraud could have influenced the outcome of the presidential contest, the New Hampshire Supreme Court will hear witnesses and evidence of voter fraud before electors are awarded.
