Limit information posted about child day care violations
Summary:
Requires the Department of Health and Human Services to post on its website a summary, rather than the full findings, of child day care investigatory and monitoring visits. This bill also prohibits the Department from posting specific rule violations unless they pertain to the safety or wellbeing of a child.
