Add "IEP facilitation" as option for special education services resolution of differences
Summary:
Adds "IEP facilitation" as an option for informal resolution of differences of opinion regarding the provision of special education. The bill authorizes the Department of Education to make rules for alternative dispute resolution for special education services.
