Establish take-back program for architectural paint
Summary:
Establishes an architectural paint recycling program administered by the Department of Environmental Services.
The House amended the bill to instead establish a "paint stewardship program wherein a nonprofit organization approved by the department of environmental services organizes a program for the reception of discarded architectural paint."
