Require Board of Barbering, Cosmetology, and Esthetics to give a NH license if licensed in any other state

Summary:

Modifies the requirements for nonresident licensure by the Board of Barbering, Cosmetology, and Esthetics. This bill would require the board to issue a license to any applicant similarly licensed in any other state. At the time of this bill's submission, the board is only required to issue a license if "the other state's licensing requirements are substantially equivalent to or higher than those of this state."
