Require local approval of Youth Risk Behavior Survey, parental opt-in

Summary:

Requires a school board to annually approve the Youth Risk Behavior Survey developed by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention before administering the survey to students. This bill also requires parents to opt-in rather than opt-out of the survey.

The Senate amended the bill to instead allow electronic notification to parents before the Youth Risk Behavior Survey is administered.
