Fine new residents for failing to get New Hampshire driver's license

Summary:

Establishes a fine ($10 per month) for a resident who fails to get a New Hampshire driver's license 60 days after moving to the state. If an individual registers to vote with an out-of-state driver's license, the Secretary of State must inform Department of Safety of a likely violation of the law to get a New Hampshire license.
