Establish municipal road and bridge disaster relief fund
Summary:
Establishes a municipal road and bridge disaster relief fund in the Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management to be used for temporary infrastructure repairs to municipal roads and bridges.
As introduced, this bill required municipalities that choose to participate to send .005% of their annual budget to the fund. The House removed this requirement from the bill.
