Felony penalty for various privacy violations involving sexual photos
Summary:
Increases the penalty for secretly taking pictures or recording a person's private body parts from a class A misdemeanor to a class B felony for second or subsequent offenses. This bill also increases the penalty for sharing sexual photos of another person without their consent, from a misdemeanor to a felony. Lastly, this bill makes it a felony, rather than a misdemeanor, to sneak into a private place to spy on someone.
