Let school districts contract with private religious schools

Summary:

Deletes the requirement that a private school be nonsectarian in order to be approved as a school tuition program.  A House amendment also includes the current practice of districts signing tuition agreements with multiple schools and giving parents the right to select among the approved schools for their child.
