Block low carbon fuel standards programs
Summary:
Prohibits the Department of Environmental Services from participating in discussions of any state, regional, or national low carbon fuel standards program. The House amended the bill to allow the department to participate in such discussions if specifically directed by the governor. The Senate then amended the bill to instead require the Executive Council, in addition to the legislature, to approve the state's participation in any low carbon fuel standards program.
