Summary:
Prohibits the Department of Safety from disclosing any records that identifies whether the type of driver's license that a person holds meets federal standards for identification and allows an individual to opt out of providing a social security number if applying for a non-Real ID compliant driver's license. This bill also prohibits the state from sharing motor vehicle information with federal immigration enforcement agencies.
