Exempts nonprofit organizations from permitting fees under the Shoreland Protection Act. The House amended the bill to instead cap fees at $3,750 for projects solely funded by municipal, county, state, or federal entities. The Senate amended the bill to also specify that the maximum cash application fee for the Pease development authority is $10,000 per state tidal pier and docking facility application.
