Summary:
Permits the Grand Lodge of Ancient, Free and Accepted Masons in New Hampshire to issue decals for multi-use plates. The House amended the bill to also allow the New Hampshire State Council of the Knights of Columbus to issue decals for multi-use plates. The amended bill to also allow the Department of Military Affairs and Veteran Services to provide gold star family decals free of charge to those who qualify.
