Summary:
Allows a majority of members to vote to unseal the minutes of a non-public session under the right-to-know law. This bill automatically unseals minutes after one year, unless a majority of members votes to maintain the seal.
The Senate greatly amended the bill to add provisions from another bill, SB 143. A conference committee of representatives and senators rejected this addition.
