Summary:

Requires the governor to proclaim February 5, 2021 as Apollo 14 Day.  The House completely rewrote the bill to instead allow current and former military personnel who served as combat medics or medical service specialists, as well as any Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or paramedic who is certified by the National Registry of EMTs, to be able to apply for a license as a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA).
