Summary:
Allows victims of human trafficking to receive compensation from the victims' compensation fund. This bill also allows claims based on sexual abuse or human trafficking to be filed at any time. Lastly, this bill eliminates the consideration of contributory negligence in claims based on sexual abuse or human trafficking.
