Require public notice for immigration checkpoints

Summary:

When any state, county, or municipal police department or law enforcement agency is informed by a federal agency of intent to conduct an immigration checkpoint, this bill requires the department or agency to give notice to the public within 24 hours of when the checkpoint is scheduled to occur or as soon as is practical.
