Revise duties for grid modernization advisory group
Summary:
Repeals the Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Energy Board and transfers some of its responsibilities to the Department of Energy. This concept was added to a different bill, HB 281 (2023).
The House then rewrote the bill to add a duty to the grid modernization advisory group: provide recommendations on how to improve the delivery of energy efficiency programs.
