Right to attend, speak at meeting that could negatively impact reputation
Summary:
If a public body goes into a nonpublic session to discuss matters which could negatively impact a person's reputation, this bill gives that person the right to notification, the right to attend the meeting, the right to have counsel at the meeting, and the right to speak on his or her own behalf.
