Study PTSD in first responders, require mental health training for first responders, establish 2 other study commissions

Summary:

Reestablishes the commission to study the incidence of post-traumatic stress disorder in first responders. This bill also requires first responders to have mental health training focusing on post-traumatic stress disorder; the House voted to remove this training requirement.

This bill also establishes a commission to study barriers to increased land development in New Hampshire. The House voted to remove this part of the bill.

Lastly, this bill reestablishes the commission to study grandfamilies in New Hampshire.

The Senate added the substance of this bill to HB 186.
