Change eligibility for liquor manufacturers to sell at farmers markets, let manufacturers serve cocktails on premises

Summary:

Changes the eligibility of liquor manufacturers to sell liquor at farmers markets. Under this bill, there would be no limit to the size of liquor manufacturers that sell at farmers markets, but any manufacturer would be limited to selling 830 9-liter cases of its products in a calendar year at a farmers market.

This bill also allows a liquor manufacturer that offers food on premises to also serve cocktails made with their liquor.
