Modify minimum square footage in bedrooms in recovery houses
Summary:
Modifies the minimum square footage requirement in bedrooms in order for recovery houses to be exempted from parts of the state fire code. In particular, this bill changes the minimum requirement from 200 gross square feet per resident to 50 gross square feet per bed.
