House/Senate Bill: NH Senate

Description: Establishes a right-to-know ombudsman, responsible for responding to complaints under the right-to-know law. There would be a $25 fee for a complaint to the ombudsman. The bill also establishes a Citizens' Right-to-Know Appeals Commission to oversee the ombudsman process. The Senate amended the bill to add a sunset clause that will automatically repeal the ombudsman in 2024.
