Expand definition of who can prescribe medical marijuana
Summary:
Expands the definition of provider under the therapeutic cannabis program to include any individual licensed in New Hampshire to prescribe drugs to humans, who holds an active registration from the United States Drug Enforcement Administration to prescribe controlled substances, and who is primarily responsible for the patient's care related to his or her qualifying medical condition.
